Unique Market. Broad Appetite.
As a niche provider of specialty personal lines property insurance, Tower Hill Specialty offers residential insurance coverage for risks that are often underserved by conventional national carriers.
Why Tower Hill Specialty?
Tower Hill Specialty is committed to providing excellent claims service and ensuring ease of use for both our strategic partners and policyholders. Our targeted programs provide access to a market specializing in often challenging-to-place risks. This allows producers the opportunity to focus on their primary product lines and helps drive higher overall customer retention.
Products
Tower Hill Specialty offers a range of coverages for homes valued up to $500,000, including seasonal and rental occupancies. Coverage is also available for vacant homes valued up to $1 million.
Recognizing that homes built midcentury or earlier may have experienced multiple claims, we provide actual cash value settlement with replacement cost as an option in most programs. Comprehensive Personal and Premises Liability with limits up to $500,000 are available.
